Hi, I'm Cirri!

A Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT) in Five Towns, Cedarhurst, NY who loves helping the people who feel so much that it balls up into anxiety and keeps them stuck or who have had so much pain and trauma from the past that they feel stuck in the anxiety and fear. Through creative arts therapy, I take an out of the box approach, beyond talk therapy to help you access untapped creative parts of your brain for your own healing. 

My clients have shared that they are able to settle into our work because I come with a relatable, genuine interest in them, and their lives. I truly care about getting to know you and your story. My passion is in helping you make significant shifts in your life.  

When you’re in session with me…

In our weekly sessions, my hope is that you feel empowered as we use creativity to help you not only make connections to what is happening in your body and heart but to integrate those lessons into hearing ini your present day life. 

I will gently help you work through the pain and difficult feelings without it feeling like it’s ever too much. You will feel like you can land on the foundation of the therapeutic relationship, like there's space for you to exist now just as you are, while also making room to grow. Feeling like there’s space for hope, for lightness, empowerment, as well as space for tears, big emotions, and even laughter!
