Clinical Supervisor Position

But you don’t have fears around leading others into a deeper understanding of themselves and the clinical process. At Integrative Psychotherapy, we care not only about serving clients, but also about raising up therapists at being adept at helping clients through trauma, past and present. As a clinical supervisor, you are expected to:

  • Carry a caseload of 15 clients on a weekly basis.

  • Present cases on a monthly basis to lead the team in critical thinking and deconstruction of the therapeutic work.

  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff.

  • Collaborate with the CEO to develop clinical trainings for staff on a monthly basis.

  • Track outcomes and data points for each clinician and work with clinicians to improve clinical outcomes.

Who you are.

If you are licensed therapist with at least 5 years post grad work in trauma-informed psychotherapy, are EMDR trained, and/or Somatic informed (preferably with knowledge about IFS/parts work) and have experience providing supervision click here to apply.

General Information

  • W2 salaried employee position (95k-120k salary based on experience)

  • Full Time Clinical Role - 40hours.

  • Clinical hourly + admin hourly

  • Consultation provided

  • Yearly stipend towards advanced trainings

Requirements:

  • Fully Licensed { LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PHD or PsyD}.

  • 40 hours: Day, Afternoon and evening hours required.

  • Master’s Degree in counseling.

  • EMDR trained with 3+ years experience mandatory.

  • Supervisory License

  • Active, unrestricted license (Phd, PsyD, LMFT, LCSW, LMFT) In the State of New York. A copy must be provided to Integrative Psychotherapy.

  • Liability Insurance coverage of $1M/$3 (initially and then Integrative Psychotherapy will cover)

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform counseling services to clients of Integrative Psychotherapy, as schedule and in accordance with company policies.

  • Reliable and regular attendance and timely arrival is required.

  • Upkeep proper licensure and abide by all laws, rules, regulations and codes of ethics

  • Communicate with client’s treatment team (ie: psychiatrist, family doctor, gynecologist, school, collaborative family therapy etc..) as necessary

  • Timely completed written records for each client, including intake notes, progress notes, treatment plans, termination notes, contract notes, as well as any other documentation which may be needed by Integrative Psychotherapy.

  • Collaboration and communication with third parties in conjunction with the treatment of the patient, within a timely manner.

  • Conduct counseling services in a professional manner. Be respectful, kind and collaborative with co-workers.

Supervisory Roles:

  • Provide weekly individual and group supervision to licensed and pre-licensed staff. 

  • Collaborate with CEO to develop clinical trainings for staff on a monthly basis.

  • Track outcomes and data points for each clinician and work with clinicians to improve clinical outcomes.
