+ More about my background

Clinically, I've worked at community clinics in treating emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and individuals seeking to define themselves separate from "what life has offered them", but rather who they'd like to become. Additionally, I've worked with couples, individuals and children at a range of developmental stages. I've been humbled and amazed by individuals' abilities to face struggles with resilience and a desire to get better, even when getting better felt like a faraway dream. There's a specific joy in seeing someone start living the life they never imagined possible.

The trauma is not the story of what happened long ago; the long-term trauma is that you are robbed of feeling fully alive and in charge of your self.
